NOTES ON COOKIE STORAGE/CONSUMPTION: Store in the FRIDGE or FREEZER (for top freshness), but best served at room temperature, or slightly warmed. Remove from the fridge/freezer and allow to come to room temp, or warm in toaster oven until thawed. Microwaves can make grains tough, so are not recommended, or use with caution to not over heat.
