Whether you're new to plant-based eating or have been doing it for awhile, this class brand-new series is for you! Want to learn how to cut through the nutritional noise you hear on the news? Each 1 & 1/2 hour class will feature a DVD presentation, nutrition topics discussions, and activities to help you simplifying plant-based nutrition basics and make them work in your life.
