COST: $35 per class — 4 classes @ $35/class = $140 total or two people registering together for $250 (a $30 savings).
Whether you're new to or considering plant-based eating or have been doing it for awhile, this Food for Life: Nutrition Essentials series is for you! Learn how to cut through the nutritional noise you hear on the news! Discover that the guiding science-backed principle for weight loss, blood-sugar control, increased energy and good health is not about restricting the amount of food you eat, but rather choosing the best plant-based foods which can easily meet your nutritional needs and help you feel your best! This new curriculum is based on The Physicians Committee’s successful national 21-Day Kickstart program which is focused on making a qualitative, as opposed to a quantitative, shift in the way you eat. Each 1 & 1/2 hour class will feature a DVD presentation, nutrition topics discussions, and activities to help you simplifying plant-based nutrition basics and make them work in your life.
