Enjoy a selection of some summer seasonal food, made healthy! No Guilt! Sit back, relax and enjoy the seasonal menu, along with learning some great information to help keep your ticker in tip-top shape!

- Fresh Figs & Vegan Cheese with Raw Flax Crackers

EARLY BIRD PRICE: $45 per person or $80 per 2 people paying together when paid by September 5th.
REGULAR PRICE: $55 per person or $90 per 2 people paying together.
