Mediterranean Food Camp - Create & take home food for the week!

Mediterranean Themed Kickstart Food Camp Session –  Saturday, July 8th - 10 am - 12:30 pm 

You will create this main dish to take home: Spicy Chickpea Burgers

You will create the ingredients for: 4-5 side salads

You will create these prepared dressing/sauces/breakfasts/dessert during class: Green Smoothies, Breakfast Cookies, Sweet Strawberry Vinaigrette, Dijon Ranch Dressing, Probiotic Hummus, Homemade Mayo and Dark Chocolate Truffles.

You will create the basic prepared ingredients and sauces/dressings and take home detailed recipes to create these 10-15 minute main dishes, fresh at home: Mediterranean Kasha Bake, Barley Salad with Italian Tofu Bites, Spicy Chickpea Burgers, Falafel Wraps, Ribollita Soup, Make-it-a-Meal Salad and Tuscan Beans and Greens.
***Please bring eleven 8 one-quart AND 4 one-pint clean mason jars with lids to class as well as 2 Tupperware containers for your burgers and cookie dough.

With us, you will get a jumpstart on the most important move you will make in your commitment to health. Each week, with your classmates, you will have fun working to create and take home the basics along with our guide which includes the simple recipes needed for the week to freshly prepare a variety of delicious 10-15 minute meals from common foods that supply all of the vital nutrients your body is craving! We give you all the tools you need to do it including comprehensive weekly shopping lists and simple go-to recipes. Amaze your friends and family with your new, healthy and delicious cooking skills!

THIS IS BOOTCAMP, BUT FOR FOOD!
Practice makes perfect. Getting into the habit of creating and planning healthy meals will make the new tricks of the trade you have learned stick for good, and in just 3 weeks, you will have food organization skills you will use for the rest of your life. You will create this main dish to take home: Beluga Lentil Chili

You will create the ingredients for: 4-5 side salads

You will create these prepared dressing/sauces/breakfasts/dessert during class: Green Smoothies, Overnight Oats, Pepita Vinaigrette, Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, Chipotle Cheese Sauce, Tofu Sour Cream and Cinnamon & Raisin Chia Rice Pudding

You will create the basic prepared ingredients and sauces/dressings and take home detailed recipes to create these 10-15 minute main dishes, fresh at home:  Cheesy Rice and Bean Bake, Baja Bowls, Beluga Lentil Chili, Creamy Mexican Lentil & Greens, Make-it-a-Meal Salad and Tofu Zucchini Scramble

Asian Themed Kickstart Food Camp Session  – 

No classes for this session are planned at this time but the E-book with recipes is available here

You will create this main dish to take home: Indian Red Bean Stew (Rajma)

You will create the ingredients for: 4-5 side salads

You will create these prepared dressing/sauces/breakfasts/dessert during class: Simple Miso Soup, Breakfast Collard Wraps, Tangy Miso Sauce or Dressing, Thai Almond Sauce, Anti-Inflammatory Quinoa, Spiced Brown Basmati Rice, Teriyaki Tempeh Tidbits and Orange Delight

You will create the basic prepared ingredients and sauces/dressings and take home detailed recipes to create these 10-15 minute main dishes, fresh at home:  Bok choy/Broccoli Tempeh Stir Fry, Indian Red Bean Stew – Rajma, Curried Red Lentil Soup, Simple Thai Bowl, Ginger Noodle Bowl, Make-it-a-Meal Salad
