We know that many people who are working to eliminate animal products from their diets are missing cheese. I've created many guilt-free recipes that I am SO excited to share with you! Some are simple, and some require a bit of a process – but all are doable, fun and above all DELICIOUS!! You’ll get to sample and receive all the recipes to create them again and again at home.
This class will be paired with an informative presentation on "The Cheese Trap," Dr. Neal Barnard's newest book! There's a lot of new info on the negative effects of dairy that you'll want to know. You'll learn how to better meet your nutritional needs, leaving the cow out of the equation ... forever!
