ON-LINE All About Vegan Cheese HANDS-ON Workshop

OVER THREE DAYS - We'll be making FOUR types of cheeses including authentic FERMENTED CHEESE which is a 3-day process (but not much work!). 

THREE ON-LINE MEETING DATES (you'll make something yummy that you can eat that evening, at each meeting!)

DATE #1: Monday — October 5th, 2020
TIME: 5 pm- 6pm
WHAT WE'LL DO: 1. Go over cheese making basics, with a short presentation & Start our sprouted Quinoa Rejuvelac (used for fermented cheeses). 2. Make Quick Mac & Cheese mix together/individually, and use some of it to make an amazing quick-and-easy cheese sauce. 

DATE #2: Tuesday — October 6th, 2020
TIME: 5 pm- 6pm
WHAT WE'LL DO: 1. Check in on your Quinoa Rejuvelac & blend & flavor your fermented cashew-bean cheese. 2. Make Tofu or Almond Ricotta Cheese and use it to make Lazy Zucchini Lasagna. 

DATE #3: Wednesday — October 7th, 2020
TIME: 5 pm- 6pm
WHAT WE'LL DO: Check on your fermented cheese, and get it ready to bake, or chill, and make Easy Vegan Pizza with Quick Homemade Mozzarella.

This class will be paired with an informative presentation on "The Cheese Trap," Dr. Neal Barnard's informative book! There's a lot of new info on the negative effects of dairy that you'll want to know. You'll learn how to better meet your nutritional needs, leaving the cow out of the equation ... forever!
